NO PETS THERAPY ANIMALS DO NOT HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS SERVICE ANIMALS. Jenny-Jo absolutely loves all animals, well let's say mammals. Unfortunately places such as salons can not allow animals.
SERVICE ANIMALS ARE WELCOME A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself, through conduct or verbal or written notice, as using a service animal and being qualified to use a service animal or as a trainer of a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083 and must perform 30 hours of community service for an organization that serves individuals with disabilities, or for another entity or organization at the discretion of the court, to be completed in not more than 6 months.
HURRICANES AND TROPICAL STORMS We ask that you keep an eye on the weather forecast when you have an upcoming appointment and reschedule it with at least 48 hours of notice if, in general, you are concerned about driving in the weather. We typically wait to see exactly what the weather is going to be like before we make the decision to open or close the salon. If you aren’t comfortable waiting to hear whether we will be open or not and don’t want to risk being charged a fee, we recommend that you move your appointment just so you have peace of mind. REMEMBER: PLEASE GIVE US AT LEAST 48 HOURS OF NOTICE TO AVOID ANY CANCELLATION FEES . For those of you who are okay waiting for us to make the call as we get closer to the predicted day of inclement weather, feel free to keep your appointment in our schedule. We will ABSOLUTELY close the salon during times when we are advised to stay off the roads or if our location is in the cone of a named storm warning and we will not charge cancellation fees for appointments that we reschedule due to the salon closing. However, if it’s just normal Florida storms, we typically stay open and you can expect to be able to come in for your appointment.
