ROOM SERVICE MOBILE POLICIES
Payment: For individual services, a credit card will be needed to reserve and confirm your appointment. For groups and events, you will need to put down a deposit. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file after completion of services, unless otherwise noted.
All mobile services are subject to a minimum charge of $100, even if the chosen services total less.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours before your appointment start time to avoid a 50% charge. If you make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will still be charged for the original booking. Appointments booked the same day and are canceled or changed will be charged 100% of the services originally booked. Groups and events will need to cancel at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment time to avoid losing your deposit.
Late for appointments: All appointments are booked with enough time for your service. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate your original service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and be charged 100% of your service. If you’re going to be late, please let us know as early as possible.
No-shows: Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Deposits: Deposits for events/parties will be due at the time of booking. Deposits are 50% of your total and are nonrefundable. This deposit will be used toward the balance due at the completion of the event.
Service hours: Service hours are Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Services outside our hours will be charged an extra $50 fee for after-hours on top of the price of your service. Services provided during holidays will have a surcharge. We need at least 48 hours notice to book appointments. We try to accommodate last minute appointments, but it is not always possible.
Extras: All services, private or groups, must be ready to start at the time requested. Our service providers will arrive
15-30 minutes in advance to set up. Please be mindful of the manicurist(s) time. They may have other client's scheduled after the your appointment, so it's important that they start on time otherwise the service may have to be shortened and/or all services may not be able to be done in which case a refund will not be given. If your service provider(s) are required to stay past the time reserved for you, you will be charged $15 for every 15 minutes. There is a 15-minute grace period.
Travel Fees and Parking: raveling fees for our mobile salon services are an additional $25 if you’re located within the City of Sarasota. Traveling fees will be determined upon making the appointment if you’re outside our usual service area.
Client is responsible for any fees incurred while providing your services: parking, valet, tolls. These fees are added to your service total.
